The jam tart is perhaps the first sweet that comes to mind when you want to prepare a simple dessert that everyone loves.
I do not think it needs any introduction: a base of pastry and a filling of jam, cream or cottage cheese.
It 'a good cake, which is preserved easily, easy to bring at parties and genuine.
