Ingredients

- 450 grams of diced beef
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 bunch of herbs (sage, rosemary, thyme, marjoram)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 glass of dry white wine
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 1 ladle of vegetable stock
- flour
- salt
- pepper

Preparation

Slice the onion, cut into julienne carrots and diced celery. Fry in oil with whole garlic, bay leaves and half of the chopped herbs.
Add the pieces of meat rolled in flour and fry, pour the wine and let it evaporate.
Add salt and pepper and add the rest of the chopped herbs. Add the broth cover and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
