Wash and cut the peppers into strips. In a skillet sauté the finely chopped onion in the oil and capers. Add the peppers, cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, basil and chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and simmer covered for 5 more minutes.
Finally, add the pine nuts, olives and raisins; cook for a few seconds on high heat.
