Boil the pasta in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, put them to dry on a towel.
Clean the artichokes and slice them thin and wash them in cold water. In a pan put to heat the oil with the garlic , add the artichokes , chopped parsley , salt and pepper .
Let cook over moderate heat and cover for 15 minutes. When cooked, remove the garlic from the artichokes .
Puree the growth in milk and cheese until it will form a cream , season with salt and pepper.
Blend the bread with walnuts, toasted in a pan with a little olive oil bread crumbs and nuts.
In a baking dish greased with butter formed a state of lasagna, spread a portion of cream cheese, formed a layer of artichokes and sprinkle the bread mixture and nuts. Continue in this manner until all the ingredients .
Sprinkle lasagna with flakes of butter and the mixture of crumbs and nuts. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
You can prepare in advance and keep in the fridge until ready to cooking.
