Cut the chicken into cubes and place in a bowl. Wash the herbs. Chop finely the chives and other herbs; Sprinkle the diced chicken with herbs, drizzle with oil, season with garlic cut into four, pepper, salt, mix well, cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Crumble the creckers and add the chopped pistachios.
Take the chicken from the refrigerator and skewer on wooden skewers or metal. Breading in creckers and pistachios, place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and greased with a little olive oil. put the skewers in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning several times for even cooking: they must be colorful and well-browned. Serve hot accompanied with a salad of radicchio, fennel, raisins and nuts; seasoned with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
