In a pan, melt the butter with the garlic clove and add the spinach, salt and pepper and let cook for a few minutes, remove the garlic and put a pinch of nutmeg.
Toast the pine nuts in a small frying pan and add the spinach.
Puree the growth with milk, gorgonzola and parmesan until it will form a cream, season with salt.
In a saucepan, bring to a boil salted water. Plunge into the lasagne, a few sheets at a time, and boil until al dente, drain with a slotted spoon.
Grease the bottom of a baking dish with the butter and cover with a layer of pasta. Stuff with a layer of spinach and cream cheese, cover with other sheets of pasta. Continue in this way until all the ingredients in layers. On the last layer of pasta goes there only the cream cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
