Chop the apricots in orange juice and leave to marinate for 20 minutes. In a bowl, pour the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar, granola and stir. Add the milk, melted butter, the grated rind and apricots drained. Stir quickly with a wooden spoon until all ingredients are blended. Spread the mixture into the molds. Prepare the cover mixing the flour, cinnamon, sugar, muesli and melted butter; spread the mixture on muffin. Put the muffins in a preheated oven at 210 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes or until they are golden brown.
