Clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Cut the bacon into strips and brown, when it will be crisp set it aside, using the same pan, toast the walnuts in a little olive oil, the latter also put aside.
In a pan heat the oil with the garlic, rosemary and sage, add the mushrooms and cook with the lid on for 10 minutes, pour the wine, and when evaporated salt, pepper, and cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water, the last 5 minutes, cook it in the sauce of mushrooms adding a ladle of pasta water. Finally, remove the garlic rosemary and sage, add the bacon, walnuts and a drizzle of olive oil and serve.
