FISH SAN PIETRO IN CRUST

Ingredients

- 4 fish fillets saint peter
- 400 grams of bread
- 10 grams of pistachios
- 10 grams of pine nuts
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3-4 salted capers
- 5-6 basil leaves
- thyme
- 1 egg
- salt
- pepper

Preparation

Prepare the crumb: blend the bread with the basil so it is not too fine-grained. Add the other ingredients separately and all chopped, mix everything.
In another bowl, beat the egg, salt and pepper.
Remove the skin from the fillets and salted fish a bit.
Pass the fillets before in the egg and then in breadcrumbs. Place them on baking paper on a baking tray greased with oil. Finally, pour on each fillet a little olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
