In general I pay attention to good nutrition and to the amount of fat and calories so I try to use lots of vegetables and salads and vary the ingredients although I have a sweet tooth then you will find many traditional Italian desserts and cakes. Because I think most people, like me, are interested in the recipes that I often talk to limit myself to only post recipes with a few comments. In the blog you will find recipes of all kinds from simple jam tart to more complex recipes such as italian Easter dove (Colomba pasquale). On the home page you will always find the latest recipe posted, but you can also find those older using the search engine or by clicking on the Pepesenise categories: first, second, side dishes, entrees. I guess you are wondering what it means Pepesenise, for brevity we say that is a term of the Calabrian dialect to describe the dried chillies chopped sweet though may well derive from the dried peppers Senise. I hope you enjoy my recipes. We welcome comments and suggestions..

- 1 chili
- 1 teaspoon of powdered senise pepper (if you can find it)
Difficulty: Low
Servings: 4
Category: Primo
Preparation time: 15 min.
Boil a pot of water and add the salt (about 3, 5 liters of water and 35 grams of salt). When the water is boiling you can add spaghetti. Spaghetti usually bake 8 minutes but better follow the instructions in the package because they vary.
Meanwhile, spaghetti are boiling, in a frying pan warm the oil with garlic, parsley, chopped nuts and chili, as soon as the oil begins to fry, add pepper sauce and turn off the fire. Drain the pasta and season it, serve hot.
